Description

Work consists of Grind and pave top layer of asphalt throughout the parking lot close to the Service Center Building. Provide localized deeper repairs for depressed areas, potholes, and sinkholes. Reset existing storm structures. Existing granular base and sub-base to remain. Remove or reinstate chain link fence, as required. Protect monitoring wells during construction and adjust well covers as necessary. Decommission power and camera from parking gate island, as necessary.

Event Note

Please meet BGIS Project Manager at the back entrance of the building's at the security desk of 350 King Edward, Ottawa, ON. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are required to attend one Mandatory site visit to be eligible to bid.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
