Scope of Work/Overview:
Include all labour, materials, tools, equipment, construction plant, services, and supervision necessary and required to execute the following: Re-pave the entire parking lot/driveways – remove parking lot asphalt, re-grade, apply tack coat, apply new asphalt layers as per drawings and specifications.
Increase number of parking stalls by paving grassed areas and building new concrete curbs as per drawings and specifications. Repaint lines for parking spaces, traffic patterns, handicap symbol, walkways, and/or other driveway or parking lot markings) as per drawings and specifications. Replace all parking lot vertical signs. Clean (vacuum) storm water catch basins and pipes (entire parking lot). Install new catch basin as per specifications and drawings. Install new concrete paving (apron) as per specifications and drawings. Install new parking lights as per specifications and drawings.
All work to be comleted by september 23, 2023.
