1. The attendee must hold their current PSPC Reliability Security Clearance which will be validated. Information to be provided: Full Name, DOB and/or their Security Clearance Certificate Number in order to be authorized to access the site.
2. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.

Additional Bidding Instructions

All respondents must submit their questions for clarification on this portal only at www.brookfieldgis.merx.com. Request for clarification delivered by any other method will not be accepted.

1. Bids submitted at $100,000 or greater shall include the following bid security (“Bid Security”):
i. a bid bond in a commercially reasonable form or an irrevocable standby letter of credit issued by a financial institution authorized to conduct business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule II chartered bank in the amount of at least 10% of the Bid Price and that shall be in effect until forty-five (45) calendar days following Closing Date; and
ii. a confirmation from the Bidder’s surety that, upon the Bidder being selected as the Selected Bidder, to furnish any contract security prescribed in the Contract in respect of the Work
