Proponents are advised that there will be a Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.5.1 of the RFP Lite Instruction Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Madatory site visit.

Event Note

Proponents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to anne.ethier@bgis.com by the date specified within the item 1.5.1. of the RFP Lite Document, to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site.

BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
