Description

- Replace all of the exit signs in the office spaces
- Replace the Commissionaire desk
- Replace the existing door operators with compliant units
- Install new doors with operators on the washroom’s doors
- Reconfigure washroom stalls and equipment to be compliant with updated standards
- Elevator upgrades to include
- Upgrade of hall indicators and elevator markings
- Addition of floor annunciators
- All work must to be completed by February 28, 2023

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of Invitation to Tender (ITT). A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 48 OWEN ST., BARRIE, ON, L4M 3H1. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to rajesh.gupta@bgis.com by October 21, 2022 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
