Event Note

Please arrive early to get through Security. Photo ID and clearances are required. Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager Ryan Baker at the security desk of 350 King Edward Ave, Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they MUST preregister via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the date mentioned above, before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes/boots and hard hats.
