A maximum of one representative per discipline (Architectural/Interior Designer, Mechanical, Electrical, Acoustical), from each Proponent team are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.
Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to Benoit.Raymond@bgis.com by August 8th, 2022 before 12:00PM (Ottawa local time) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time and location. Preregistration will include (via email to the above contact as part of pre-registration):
a) Submission and confirmation of Security Clearance for all job showing attendees, minimum Secret
b) Submission and confirmation of Facility Clearance, minimum FSC & DSC
c) Signing and submission of the One-Way Non-Disclosure Agreement by all attendees (found as Appendix J)
d) Location of Project to be provided upon successful preregistration from the Proponent (Proponents having provided the items above).
