Description

Scope of Work: Following GOC3451901 - LBP - Mold Abatement of Mechanical Rooms, to remediate mold on mechanical room pipes, GOC3611574 will re-insulate pipes, and perform pipe repairs as needed in Tower C and B Mechanical Rooms and Mechanical Room G-78.
Consultant has noted that mold was likely due to holes in the pipe wrap and possible small leaks in the pipe. Failure to remediate could result in further mold growth and water infiltration in these areas. Drywall could also crumble and fall if further saturated.

Event Note

Please meet BGIS Project Manager Graham Connors Representative at 125 Sussex Dr., Ottawa, ON, Ottawa, Ontario. Bring valid ID, face mask and PPE.
Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.0 of the Call Up Instruction Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
Site visits will be conducted in small groups.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and face mask. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

DOS and Reliability (Level 1) required at a minimum for access. FSC and Secret (Level II) required for unescorted access.
