Special Instructions:
1. Please meet the onsite BGIS representative at the Front Entrance of the building at the scheduled time listed above. Photo ID is required.
2. Please sign the site visit register log upon arrival.
3. You MUST register your attendance with the RFQ Administrator (rp1pacific.procurement@bgis.com) 48-hours in advance of the Site Visit. Respondents that fail to register in advance of the site visit may be turned away.
4. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE may not be permitted to access the site.
5. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid-19 preventative measures.
