Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the ITT document. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at 1 Sandridge Road, Ottawa, Ontario in front of Building D. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Thilothamy.Mohanakanthan@bgis.com by the date identified in the ITT document to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans, compliance with the Government of Canadas COVID-19 vaccination requirement for supplier personnel and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
