A maximum of one representative of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the site visit. Due to COVID-19, site visits may consist of no more than five individuals at one time (including BGIS attendees). As result, each Respondent is required to provide, in advance, the name of the representative who will attend, these names are to be provided to Liz Dalziel via email at elizabeth.dalziel@BGIS.com. Failure to provide names in advance for the site visit is grounds for BGIS to turn away a Respondent or their representative. No electronic recording devices of any kind are permitted during the site visit.
Compliance with the Government of Canada's COVID-19 vaccination requirement for supplier personnel and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to COVID 19 preventative measures.
