Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 126 Prince William Street, Saint John, New Brunswick. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Olivier.Sanche@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans, compliance with the Government of Canadas COVID-19 vaccination requirement for supplier personnel and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures.
Bidders are expected to examine carefully the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform themselves of the existing conditions and limitations and include in their Bid a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract.
