Description

Work Detail: Remove floor and wall tiles in the Moncton GOCB 1081 lobby and cafeteria.
Supply 4,000 sq. ft. of new tiles (Centura, MB 30x30cm GC02, Global Perfect Nat) and install on the floor only. Patch and paint areas where tiles were installed on the wall and provide price to repair drywall, if needed.

Labour: Position Title (ie Electrician – Foreman), the rate type (ie regular daytime hours) x hourly rate (as per the rates from RFSO) x number of hours to complete the job = extended total

Materials: Cost of Materials X % Mark-Up = extended total *Note: Materials <5K must not exceed 15% mark-up, Materials >5K must not exceed 10% mark-up.
