The Security System consists of various card access systems within the building, with three control panels on floors; basement, main, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 located in the various tenant spaces. The access system in the tenant space on the main, 2nd and 3rd floors SW is controlled by CBSA. The PWGSC server is located in the basement and controls only exterior doors and common doors. Proximity cards control access to areas of the building. The card access system also houses the intrusion system for the floor spaces. The intrusion system consists of door contacts and infrared motion detectors located throughout floor areas. The security system was built and installed by Bradco Security Systems, which is no longer in business. A CCTV system is installed in the building to monitor access to the front entrance, parking and the loading dock area. The signals are sent via optical fiber to the commissionaire's desk at 303 Main Street. Monitors are located at the Commissionaire's desk, in the main floor lobby. Upgrade with new cameras (5 cameras), controllers, digital recorder and new workstation at the commissionaire desk at 303 main street.
