Event Note

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, Facemask, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. Please meet at Security Desk located on Sussex Dr, Photo ID required for sign in.

Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to anne.ethier@bgis.com to be authorized to access the site. Failure to pre-register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit.
