    Event Note

    A maximum of five representatives of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. No electronic recording devices of any kind are permitted during the site visit. 

    Compliance with the Government of Canadas COVID-19 vaccination requirement for supplier personnel and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible.

    Site attendees will be required to fill out a self-assessment questionnaire to confirm they are free from COVID-19 symptoms on the day of the site visit. The questionnaire is attached to this document. The self-assessment is a mandatory requirement to complete and provide on-site the day of the site visit.

    Masks are required to be worn within the building. Masks do not replace physical distancing and 2-meter separation is recommended, and if elevators are to be used please observe and follow elevator occupancy limit.
