The existing roof is leaking and requires replacement, the structure will need to be reinforced to meet current (OBC or NBC) Requirements. Additional insulation and sloped insulation should be added to increase the R-value and to reduce ponding.

Event Note

Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.6 of the RFP. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional/Mandatory site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the front of the 79 Bentley Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario facility. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to thilothamy.mohanakanthan@bgis.com by the date identified in section 1.6.1 of the RFP to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.
