Scope of Work/Overview:
Note: The two projects at the CBSA Port of Entries at Goodlands & Coulter MB are identical as the buildings blueprints and the scope of work are the same. The all work descriptions below are singular but can be interpreted as being independently required at both CBSA POE’s.
CBSA requests the installation of a stand alone air conditioning unit, with a thermostat located in the server room. The room must maintain a stable temperature of 21-22 degrees Celsius at all times. Consultant to ensure that the recommended solution will allow uninterrupted cooling system for any reason including but not limited to power outages, low external temperatures. System to include and alarm for High/Low temp.
