Scope of Work/Overview:
Consultant to provide a study to assess all occupant access areas for the feasibility to have touchless or antimicrobial elements to navigate the building without any physical contact with these elements or eliminate any cross-contamination.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.4.1 of the RFP. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees are to arrive early and meet the BGIS Project Manager Hussein Abudayah at 680 Boulevard Des Affaires, Gatineau, Québec (Collections Storage Facility). Site visits will be conducted in small groups. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings (masks) must be worn by all individuals, and appropriate PPE is a MUST. Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the pre-registration deadline on this MERX notice before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
