Each firm will be limited to a maximum of one (1) attendee for this showing.  Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of Site Visit.
  
  Note: Proponents may be required to attend site at a different time and/or date to accommodate quantity of attendees in adherence to Public Health Guidelines. If required, communication will be issued to Proponents via e-mail.

  Respondents who have pre-registered may attend an Mandatory site visit. Respondents are requested to meet Baloka Mavinga 613-282-4769 at Brooke Claxton main entrance. Paid parking is available as per map uploaded in Merx. Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in with security.
  COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worn by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures. All individuals are to bring their own pen to sign the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet (if applicable).
