Carry out a full rehabilitation for all 4 tunnels structures (including coring, core testing, etc.) to verify the most appropriate long term rehabilitation needs/strategy for the structures. Perform partial and full-depth concrete repairs, waterproof top slab and complete any other work deemed necessary.
