GOC3451373-CS - Post Technical Assessment Recommendation Implementation

 To implement corrective measures identified in 2019 TRA. Total number of tunnels are four. Locations of monitoring cameras will be determined during design stage. This project is required to rectify deficiencies identified during the Threat Risk Assessment with regards the following policies, regulations and codes, Government Security Policy (GSP), Canada Labour Code Part II, Canada Occupational Health Regulations, CPTED, RCMP G1-024 Physical Security Access Control and Operational Standard on Physical Security, Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS).            Due to COVID-19, site-visits are now OPTIONAL (unless mentioned as mandatory on the MERX notice). Project did not have a mandatory site-visit.
As such, bidders may bid without attending the site-visit.
