Description

Project at 25 Eddy, 4th floor, in The Zone Heritage Canada.
Addition of electrical circuits in the Zone to accommodate the Helpdesk of the PCH IT group. Installation of wall shelves (procured by Client) and adjustment of ventilation in the main space (which will accommodate 21 employees) and the 2 closed rooms (which will accommodate many computers and laptops). Addition of air conditioning system based on projected load.
This project requires the following professional services: Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Life Safety. Please refer to Requirements document.

Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified in CS Professional Services RFP Lite 1.5.1
Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at 15, Eddy Street, Gatineau, Québec, J8X 4B3. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to (Chady.Moussa@bgis.com) by (October 29, 2021 before 2:00 PM) to be authorized to access the site.
All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to Covid 19 preventative measures. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Failure to pre-register will result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site.

BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit.

Additional Bidding Instructions

BGIS would like to bring your attention to the following section of the RFP Lite. The limit of pages that will be evaluated for this project is 9 pages. Any bid response that exceeds the 9-page limit will only have the first 9 pages of the submission evaluated.

3.3.1 Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Technical Proposal (excluding Mandatory Requirements) until the total number of pages allowed is reached. BGIS will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Mandatory requirements should be submitted as the first document(s) in the Technical Proposal but shall be excluded in the page count.
