Replace the existing 2-ply SBS modified bitumen membrane roof assembly including metal flashing and trim and replace with 2-ply, fully adhered roofing systems as per Public Services and Procurement Canada: Technical Reference for Office Building Design, on all roof levels. Consultant will also review the structure/substrate to ensure that the existing structure can accept the new assembly outlined.
Project must align with the carbon neutral study recommendations.
