Description

Review of the lighting is required to meet the standards and incorporate overlapping coverage. The use of energy efficient lights, high life expectancy of lamps, and with minimum maintenance is required. Design a way of meeting the lighting standards that comply with the minimum intervention standards required for classified heritage buildings.

Install window glazing (7mm) on identified windows as per RCMP Guide G1-005 Section A.3.3. A review of identified windows for glass break sensors that may be impacted by adding security film will be required. Meet the standards of RCMP Guide that comply with the minimum intervention standards.

Consultant shall prepare a Review of Intervention Report for FHBRO and PDPF-006 Heritage Review for BGIS.

3.3.1. Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Technical Proposal (excluding Mandatory Requirements) until the total number of pages allowed is reached. BGIS will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Mandatory requirements should be submitted as the first document(s) in the Technical Proposal but shall be excluded in the page count. Please note that title pages and table of contents ARE included in your page count.
