Event Note

Proponents are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on October 8th at 2:00 PM. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Place Du Portage, Phase 1, 50 Rue Victoria, Gatineau, Québec at the commissionaire desk. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to Benoit.Raymond@bgis.com by the date identified in the RFP to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Proponents will be notified by Addenda of any changes to the date of the site visit.
