Attendees should meet the BGIS representative at Mackenzie entrance at the security guard desk. A maximum of one representative of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the site visit. Please note you must attend the site visit to be eligible to bid on this tender.
Due to COVID-19, site visits may consist of no more than five individuals at one time, thus each Respondent is required to register to elizabeth.dalziel@bgis.com and provide, in advance, the names of the representative who will attend. Based on planned attendance, BGIS will determine if a single site visit or multiple site visits will be required on the same day and will assign Respondents to one of them to ensure that COVID-19 restrictions are adhered to.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, face masks. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
