Description

Consultant to review the current CCTV and access card systems, and recommends appropriate upgrades based on modern day best practices and technological advancements. An integrated CCTV monitoring and card access control system should be considered to minimize space requirements, e.g. a single computer that interfaces with dedicated system hardware and runs software to program card access and to view CCTV feeds. Commissionaires desk will have a view-only CCTV feed. Consultant also to review existing unused standalone building alarm system and advise in Design Brief on best course of action to ensure exterior alarming exists on site and is integrated with new CCTV/access card system. Inclusion of alarming to be treated as an add-on option in Design brief with additional class D cost estimate. Consideration must also be given to the inclusion of tenant spaces, should they not want to run their own dedicated systems.

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
