THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Scope of Work/Overview:
The work under this project include:
1. Resurface existing asphalt surface (front of building). Surface area approx. 10,000 feet square.
2. Project to include all parking lot lines and accessibility spaces.
3. Paving of the Center of parking lot (approx. 1000 ft. square) which is currently not paved. Area to be included in project, including sub base. Review the slope and direction of the parking lot drainage and provide changes, as required, to ensure proper drainage system.
Consultant is responsible to confirm all dimensions on-site.

Event Note

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 2:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
