Description

Engage a consultant to conduct a sustainable landscaping study which addresses the commitments and targets outlined by the Greening Government Strategy under Biodiversity. This study will include research, reporting and design specifications on different biodiversity and sustainable landscaping options for different building landscapes and locations. These options will include designs and specifications for being able to promote biodiversity and climate resilient groundskeeping to retain and
restore biodiversity while mitigating and adapting to climate change.
The intent is for the study results and design specifications to be showcased at C.D. Howe building through their rooftop, outside planters, and sidewalk landscaping.

3.3.1. Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Technical Proposal (excluding Mandatory Requirements) until the total number of pages allowed is reached. BGIS will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Mandatory requirements should be submitted as the first document(s) in the Technical Proposal but shall be excluded in the page count.
