Description

Conduct a study regarding the current condition of the building cladding system and its assemblies as per National Call Letter and prioritization. Cladding assemblies are composed of the building's exterior materials, which includes cladding, sealants, flashing, openings such as doors, overhead doors, windows and all other mechanical, structural or decorative features that can lead to potential harms to the building enveloppe. Recommendations must be done to ensure the building cladding remains in good and functional condition. Consultant shall follow the detail scope of work document (RP1-PSV-12056-en).

3.3.1. Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Technical Proposal (excluding Mandatory Requirements) until the total number of pages allowed is reached. BGIS will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Mandatory requirements should be submitted as the first document(s) in the Technical Proposal but shall be excluded in the page count.
