Description

Design and construction contract admin phases for recommendations as per Assessment completed November 2020 by Quartek Group.
Installation of new HVAC equipment (ductless cassette style system) to supplement the existing VAV box and FC unit in selected room to provide favourable conditions for new heat-generating equipment installation.
Re-programming of BAS system/space sensor required to sequence new and existing HVAC equipment to maintain space temperature.
Additional electrical outlets to be installed in print room
Intrusive testing to determine wall types for the Production Rooms and the Secure Rooms to ensure they conform to client requirements (IDS).
