Description

Scope of work provided in detail within plans, specifications, and addenda.
General Summary as follows: Provide new emergency power system and electrical distribution modifications; Decommission and remove existing diesel generator, diesel fuel, fuel storage tank and all associated accessories, piping, connections & wiring; Provide new underground electrical service from street Utility pole to the new main electrical room, including new electrical distribution and all connections; Remove existing electrical service at completion of the work. Provide temporary power and connections as required, and minimize all power interruptions; Provide all temporary power connections during construction to maintain building services and occupant operations. All cut-overs and shut-downs shall be during quiet hours; Modify natural gas service and metering and provide all new connections; Provide all new equipment, system supervision and monitoring connected to existing systems; Complete systems verification and commissioning.
