Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within item 1.5 of the RFP. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at 50 Rue Victoria, Gatineau, Quebec K1A 0C9 (at the parking garage entrance). Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to benoit.raymond@bgis.com by the date identified in Section 1.5.1 of the RFP to be authorized to access the site. Proponents to provide full name, date of birth, email address and company which they represent in the preregistration email. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
