BGIS is issuing this notice to advice of our intent to release Requests for Quotations (RFQ) for Elevator Maintenance Services for multiple below listed Clients across Canada:

BGIS will also be releasing RFQs for additional clients in 2021 Q4 - 2022 Q2 for 400 Elevating Devices with approximate contract value of $4.5 million.

Suppliers intending to submit responses to one or more of these tenders must obtain tender documents through the BGIS’ portal on MERX (http://www.bgis.merx.com). The RFQs will be issued in multiple phases starting in July 2021. It is recommended that suppliers refer to MERX on a regular basis to view opportunities.
Suppliers will take into considerations all customers participating in this RFQ and provide the best offer for all BGIS portfolios as a whole. BGIS is a principle of the resulting agreements for most customer accounts, and acts as an agency for some customer accounts. Suppliers can see more details in the Form of Contact which will be included in the RFQ. BGIS may evaluate all of the above RFQs together to achieve optimal results for our clients.
