Description

Implement recommendation identified in the most recent FSA&A in 2017. Recommendation #2 - Install window glazing and repair window frames on all ground floor windows. Recommendation #4- Will be installing Video/Intercom at the afterhours entrance. Recommendation #6 - Install an electronic barrier with card access at the entrance roadway to Blocks A and B and install card access on the existing barrier (Block E) to open only to authorized vehicles. Consultant will be responsible for preparing ALL FHBRO documentation. Consultant to prepare a Design Brief complete with Class D estimate.

3.3.1. Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Technical Proposal (excluding Mandatory Requirements) until the total number of pages allowed is reached. BGIS will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Mandatory requirements should be submitted as the first document(s) in the Technical Proposal but shall be excluded in the page count.
