Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
The project includes the fit-up of the existing CRA kitchen space and "Breton" room across the hallway. Scope includes demolition of demising walls, modifications to counter space & shelving, and any additional architectural, ductwork, fire life safety, electrical, and HVAC modifications to ensure the building maintains compliance with applicable codes and standards. Also included is a new HVAC connection for the office adjacent to the "Breton" room.
