The project includes the replacement of the existing carpet tiles and rubber base throughout the whole building (4 floors). The project also includes vinyl floor in common spaces and service rooms. The contractor is responsible for lifting of furniture for replacement of flooring, boxes for tenant to pack up their desks, filing cabinets etc. The contractor is responsible for tenant move coordination.
