Description

THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Install a new 24kW generator with Level 2 sound attenuated enclosure which will power the entire facility. Double wall secondary containment Sub-Base Fuel tank is to be installed with 48hrs fuel capacity at full load. Fuel tank is to be no less than 900L and is not to exceed 2,500L. New Automatic Transfer Switch (without maintenance by-pass) to be installed with steel enclosure.

Event Note

Confirmation of intent to attend the optional site visit must be sent by email a list of attendees to Shelley.Demont@bgis.com no later than 12:00 PM AST/ADT, on the business day prior to the Optional Site Visit.
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, is permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.

Failure of a Bidder to attend a mandatory Teleconference and/or Site Visit, properly register, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Teleconference/Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder’s Bid.
