Scope of Work/Overview:

In general, work under this contract consist of:

Renovation of the BAS system of 310 Baig Blvd, Moncton, NB. This includes replacement of all controllers and unitary sensors. All existing points on current BAS are to be brought over on new installation. Sensor wires are to be re-used while MS-TP wire is to replace existing TUX network wiring. The existing proprietary protocol will be replaced in the new BAS with BACnet protocol. Web-browser-based user interface shall be provided for remote maintenance access. Provided sequencing shall be written to the new unit controllers.

Rebalancing of the Variable-Air-Volume air boxes to the stated new air flows.
