Respondents that are interested in a site visit at any of the specified locations, are advised that they must send their request and pre-register via email to Thilothamy.Mohanakanthan@bgis.com by July 7, 2021 by 2:00PM EST to be authorized to access the site. Failure to send a request and register may result in the Respondent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will post the confirmed site visit date and time on BGIS MERX portal via Addenda only if a request has been sent by a Respondent.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
Each Respondent is expected to carefully examine the site(s) at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform itself of the existing conditions and limitations and include in its Quotation a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract.
