Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.5 of the RFP. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 201 May St. N., Thunder Bay, Ontario. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to (Abeera.Akram@bgis.com) by the date and time specified within the item 1.5 of the RFP to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.
