Special Instructions:
1. Please meet the onsite BGIS representative at the Aldergrove Border Crossing - Visitor parking lot off 0-Ave.
2. Please sign the site visit register log upon arrival.
3. You MUST pre-register your attendance with the RFP Administrator (rp1pacific.procurement@bgis.com) 48-hours in advance of the Site Visit. Respondents that fail to register in advance of the site visit shall be turned away.
4. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Observe Covid Guidelines. Individuals without appropriate PPE may not be permitted to access the site.
