Post emergency restoration of affected areas; the response includes work by the disaster recovery contractor (cleanup), the environmental consultant (asbestos and mould), repairs will include the reinstatement of all impacted materials, including, but not limited to carpets, walls, doors, frames, fixtures, ceiling tiles and cleaning or restoration of impacted tenant furniture or equipment. Certain rooms include enhanced construction methods to support sensitive discussion and operations that will need to be replicated.
