Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 875 Heron., Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Raeanne.Roy@bgis.com by June 10, 2021 before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site.
