Respondents are advised that site visits are optional and are to be scheduled per request. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit.
Respondents that are interested in a site visit at any of the specified locations, are advised that they must send their request and pre-register via email to Mohammad.Rahman@bgis.com by May 12, 2021 by 2:00PM EST to be authorized to access the site. Failure to send a request and register may result in the Respondent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will post the confirmed site visit date and time on BGIS MERX portal via Addenda only if a request has been sent by a Respondent.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
