Study output should identify repairs, modernization costs and code compliance issues and cost. Accessibility compliance should also be identified. Study should enable the Property Manager to prepare a project for BMP submission with sufficient information to plan and estimate the costs to create a multi-year project for complete modernization of the elevators.
 
GOC991528-19 LISGAR ST, SUDBURY, ON-Study of vertical transportation to include Freight Elevator, Passenger Elevator and 2 Escalators. The study should assess the current condition, identify estimated remaining life, immediate repairs that may exist, code compliance including accessibility compliance and a detailed estimated cost to renew and modernize the equipment. The BCR has identified multiple requirements for vertical transportation and should be used as a basis for this study. The study should provide sufficient detailed information to allow the Property Manager to plan and create a single project or multiple projects for BMP submission.
