Description

The pavers have settled a few inches and now cause a potential tripping hazard. The pavers need to be leveled back into proper elevation to allow for an even walking surface exiting and entering the building. Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4 above. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 111 Sussex Dr., Ottawa, Ontario. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeer.Akram@bgis.com by February 10, 2021 before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.

Meet at the front of the building for sign in. Please bring valid ID, and face mask.

Failure to pre-register will result in the Proponent’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

BGIS would like to bring your attention to the following section of the RFP Lite. There is a page count limit for the bid submission to this RFP. The limit of pages that will be evaluated for this project is 9 pages. Any bid response that exceeds the 9-page limit will only have the first 9 pages of the submission evaluated.

3.3.1. Proponents shall respond to the Mandatory and Rated Requirements outlined in Part 4 – Proposal Submission Requirements and present their Technical Proposal in the format specified and in compliance with the page count stated in table 4.9 “Total Page/Weight”. Information provided on pages beyond the stated limit will not be reviewed and evaluated. BGIS will count from the first page of the Proposal and will not review any pages that exceed the limit. Please note that cover pages and mandatory documents would be considered in the mandatory page count.
