Description

1. Work of this Contract comprises providing water bottle refill stations, located at 111 Water St. East, Cornwall, ON. They are to be deployed as follows:
• Retrofit bottle filling station kits to existing 2-level water fountains for 1st floor elevator lobby, 2nd floor elevator lobby and 3rd floor elevator lobby.
• New bottle filling station c/w single water fountain for the 1st floor main lobby.
2. All of the water bottle refill stations would be refrigerated and contain filters.
3. The new water bottle filling station should have a programmable setting to turn off the refrigeration portion for the unit when the facility is not in use, allowing the building to cut the energy usage of the bottle filling station.
4. Potable water samples testing from all four (4) locations shall be conducted at the design stage to verify that water is safe to drink and fit for consumption.
5. Site specific designated substance survey is performed during design.
6. Locations and connections are shown on attached drawings.
All work must to be completed by May 20, 2021

2.7.1. Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL Teleconference to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 above. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL meeting. Attendees will meet with the BGIS Representative and Prime Consultant on the call. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by Thursday, January 22 2021 2:00pm to be authorized to attend the teleconference. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and provide them with meeting information/details via email prior or during the meeting. The intent is to provide bidder site specific information and photos instead of an on-site walk-through. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the teleconference meeting by Addenda.
