Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the security office in front of the McKenzie King Entrance, 101 Colonel By Drive Ottawa ON K1A 0K2. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.akram@bgis.com by date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site.
